Japan is a land that mystifies and fascinates me. Late in 2020, we started wondering if we could release a tape for a Japanese artist and started combing Bandcamp. Viola, there it was Charlotte Is Mine "Someday In The Breakfast" a wonderful album full of dream pop/emo songs done in a perfectly Japanese way. Immediately we reached out to Nana Furaya to see if she might be interested and she introduced us to DAWA at Flake Sounds. All sides agreed that tapes were a must and now here we are. "Someday In The Breakfast" is nine tracks of wonderful songs FFO: Hop Along, Blushing, Velour 100. Co-release with Flake Sounds
